ReKid ™

ReKid™ — Terms of Use

Effective date: 22 August 2026

These terms govern the access you purchased via getrekid.com and how the setup key you received may be used on rekid.tr and rekid.uk.

The legal terms concerning the sale itself are set out separately in the Distance Sales Agreement. These two texts complement each other.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

1. What you are purchasing

You are not purchasing a subscription or a period of time, but a specific number of question credits.

Question credits do not expire. There is nothing that automatically renews and nothing to cancel.

You are not purchasing an account, because there is no account to log into. Access is the setup key itself.

2. Setup key

2.1. The key is the access itself

The setup key is not a password; it is access to the service itself. For this reason:

  • Do not share the key with third parties.
  • The key is entered once on a device and turns into a session bound to that device.
  • A key can be used on a maximum of 3 devices.

2.2. There is no password, there is nothing to reset

There is no password to reset because there is no password. If you lose your key, open a support request with the e-mail address you used during purchase; the key is resent only to that address, and to nowhere else.

2.3. The limit of the device bond

The session is bound to the device's browser family. This bond exists to prevent unlimited spreading of the key; a cookie copy taken within the same browser family may still be valid. We are stating this limitation knowingly.

3. How the question allowance is counted

A question is counted when its answer has been generated.

A question that is rejected at the first security layer is not deducted from your allowance, because the model was never run.

To prevent a package from being consumed in a single day, a daily cap per key is applied, along with a short waiting period between questions.

4. Unacceptable Use

The following are contrary to these terms:

  • Automated, bulk, or scripted use of the key;
  • Distribution of the key outside the household or class;
  • Use of the Service in a manner intended to circumvent security layers;
  • Use of the Service for the purpose of supplying data to another service.

In these cases, the key may be shut down.

5. What We Do Not Guarantee

No filter is flawless, and we do not claim otherwise.

The security layers are designed to suppress an unverified result rather than display it. Nevertheless, ReKid™ is not a tool that replaces supervision, but a tool that assists supervision.

If you see something that should not be displayed, report it: the rule is tightened not only for your key, but for everyone.

Linked third-party sites are not under our control. Links are filtered for accessibility and appropriateness before being displayed; redirects are tracked, and addresses that are unreachable, return 404/410, or end up on an error page are removed from the list. This does not mean that the content of those sites is continuously monitored.

6. Questions Asked by the Child

Questions asked by the child are not shared by default and do not turn into a publicly accessible page. Additional consent is required for a question to become public.

The child's first name, last name, date of birth, or school information is not requested or retained.

No screen related to payment, pricing, or purchasing is shown to the child.

7. Refund and Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, the cases in which this right can and cannot be exercised, and the refund process are explained in Section 7 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

In short: you may always request a full refund before the installation key is generated.

8. Schools

School licenses are priced per school and can be paid by invoice or purchase order.

A school may distribute the keys only to its own students and its own staff; it may not distribute them to anyone else.

9. Continuity of the Service

The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance and technical reasons. In the event of a prolonged interruption, unused question rights are preserved; since they have not expired, no loss of rights arises.

10. Limitation of liability

The SELLER's liability arising from these terms is in every case limited to the price paid by the BUYER for the relevant order.

This limit does not cover the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation or cases involving intent or gross negligence.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; for residents of Turkey, additionally in the KVKK Disclosure Text (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni).

12. Changes

If we make a change to these terms that affects you, we will notify you at the e-mail address associated with the license before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For those holding the status of consumer, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) in their place of residence is reserved.

14. Contact

For your questions, you can open a request from the support page. Each request is given a tracking code and the response is sent by e-mail.
