Refunds and right of withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal
Under a distance contract, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Pursuant to Article 15, first paragraph, subparagraph (ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), this right cannot be exercised for intangible goods that are performed instantly and delivered instantly in electronic form. The setup key falls within this scope.
The rule below grants a right that goes beyond the legal minimum: if you have received the key but never used it, you are not deemed to have exercised your right of withdrawal.
If the key has not yet been generated
The key is not created until your payment is confirmed. If there is no key, you have not received anything: write to us with your order number and the full amount will be refunded.
If the key was delivered but never used
If the key was sent to you and you did not ask a single question — that is, not even a single question was spent from the package — you may request a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
In this case the key is deactivated and the full amount is refunded.
If the key has been used
If even a single question has been spent from the package, no right to a refund arises. The reason is this: before appearing on screen, every question is submitted to one model, checked by a second model, and its sources are filtered. This cost cannot be recovered.
You separately confirm this at the checkout step. The confirmation checkbox is not pre-checked, and the moment you check it is recorded together with the time.
If there is a malfunction in the service
The rules above do not eliminate your rights arising from law. If the service does not do what it says — no answer is generated, the key does not work, the quota is counted incorrectly — write to us: we will either fix it or refund it. This also applies to used keys.
What happens to the key after a refund
The refunded license is deactivated. The key stops working immediately — since verification is performed separately for each question, there is no waiting period.
Sessions on devices set up with the same key are also closed.

The amount to be refunded will be refunded within 14 days from the date the request reaches us, using a method corresponding to the one used for payment.
